Location to center of town and to buses was very good.
Need a chair in the room.
Close to bars and restaurants. Nice view out to the lake. Comfortable bed.
The hotel could have provided bottled water daily in rooms for drinking and teeth brushing. Queenstown currently has contaminated water and you cannot drink water from the tap.
Rooms, location, staff, parking
No bedside lights. Only lights in the ceiling (too bright especially if one person wanted to sleep). Need lower lights for reading in bed and settling down ready for sleep. Whoever designed the lighting hasnt stayed in the rooms. No water available due to problem. Could only take a cupful of filtered water from reception. We bought a large bottle each day. As no drinkable water available would be nice for the hotel to supply a bottle of water in the room. Otherwise very good.
