Very clean Close to the beach Perfect for children

You need to pay extra for sheets, towels

This is a small site with about 30 tiny houses just next to a big camping site. It is close to the sea, the village has all the capabilities you need (Lidl), and it is very calm. The stuff is great.

That is almost nothing I would complain about

It has a good location eventhough it is approx. 850m far from the sea. It is close to beautiful city called Comacchio which is called "The second Venice". There are sandy beaches, several markets in radius of 10min by car (Despar, Lidl, shopping mall Bennet (?)). Personal was helpful and nice but not capable to solve our biggest issues (see in negatives).

There was a nest of pigeon between our roof and ceiling which makes terrible and loud noises through the day and night - I had to wear earplugs after 10 years again. Beds were not comfortable at all, they were too hard even for me (who like hard beds). There were no sheets to cover yourself, only covers of beds which we use as sheets but nor me or my wife expected that they are washed after each accommodation. If we would expect that we would at least take something with us. There were no towels either - we also did not expect that. Next time, if I would go in this region I would accommodate somewhere else, there are more options in this location. Basically there were 2 things that we did not like - pigeons & beds/covers but they were very important for us. We need to have quiet and comfortable sleep - and we did not have those. Only FYI, fee for using parasol and 2 deckchairs for a day was 17. If you did not pay you cannot be in the location of "privat" beach. Sand was dirty with many cracked shells, branches, I found many broken glasses (!!!) and we saw even dead turtle that sea put on the sand. So walking or running in the sand was not easy and we always have to pay big attention for a next step. I cannot understand such ignorance of not taking care of such beautiful piece of land (beach) by such simple tool as e.g. rake is.

Nice people working here, very friendly and able to explain with patience when you don't talk their language. Facilities are simple but very well designed and perfectly fit a family. The beds are very good.

Missing the cleaning supplies. For a long stay, it's nice to have those supplies to make sure we could keep the room i clean. Missing some kitchen supplies. But all good.
