the staff that cleaned the room were by far the weakest link. Coming back to your room and finding the beds made the way a teenager in a rush would was shocking. Coffee pods not cleaned for 4 days. Toilet paper and tissues not replaced. Front desk and restaurants was by far the best part of the hotel.

The hotel was okay and...

The location was convenient as my husband was there for a medical procedure at Honor Health. The shower had great water pressure.

The room was clean but had an out of date feel. Could use an update.

Staff was nice! At one point we asked for towels and later were brought warmed towels! Thank you!

We were booked into a room with a “courtyard view” but were in a corner with little to no view and our room was next to a couple that was extremely loud.
