Villa Apartments Katja

Really nice apartments with everything you need for a perfect vacation with kids. Nice swimming pool area to have fun and relax. Very well located, on a walking distance to the sea. And what can I say about Katja, the owner of the apartments, I can only say thank you for all your support and advice on getting around. Simply the best!

It was Nice and clean and modern. The best was the balcony with the most beautiful view and our kids loved the pool! Katja was an amazing host! We Will miss This place!

Katja is an amazing host and the apartment did meet our expectations !!! The apartment is really well located with everything that you need close by with walking distance. The view from the apartment and the balcony is awesome We will definitively come back

The bathroom with Spa is good but we will prefer a shower instead because not always convenient

The host Katja was so nice and helpful! She assisted us on numerous occasions. She offered to drive us to Split one day and guided us around abit and picked us up. she also drove us to the AirPort upon or departure. We got new towels every second day and when we asked for more. she had also purchased some grosseries when we came. We had our one year old daughter with us and she had both bed and chair for her. The apartment was great and well equipped. We had the purple-apartment 2nd floor with view over the pool. The bed was comfortable (150-160 cm). The coach was not so good to use as a bed. We enjoyed very much the inside bath-tub. it was vert close to the sea and just a couple of minutes walk. there is also a restaurant 1 minute away that was very good!

The pool-area could have been better cleaned. No sea-view. you have to walk some to get to all the restaurants - walking was a bit dangerous since the roads were small and the cars drive fast.

Everything was great, host Katja is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apartment had everything we need and more. It was great to see some snacks in fridge and small gifts for kids and pets

This was indeed a perfect vacation. The host Katja is extremely friendly and welcoming, and made us feel like family from the beginning. She also helped to organize a boat trip to surrounding islands as a bonus for us, which we enjoyed a lot. The apartment was like brand new, super clean and included all above-standard amenities. We basically felt right at home from day one. Location was also very good with direct sea view from our balcony. Beach was just 2 minutes easy walk so no stress with commuting somewhere. We will definitely come again in the future!

Great choice in Okrug and excellent host We truly recommend the apartment in Villa Katja - nice beaches and restaurants serving really good food were reachable by only few minutes walk. The location was quiet and right for exploring Trogir, Split, Sibenik, Krka waterfalls and other nice surroundings on the Ciovo island. The apartment itself was new, comfortable and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Hospitality of our host was the most wonderful. We have read a lot but service has exceeded our needs and expectations. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Our children were very satisfied with the atmosphere and of course with the opportunity of swimming in the pool. We want to say great thank you to Katja for such an amazing stay, there was nothing that could be done better. We will really recommend this place to everyone and come back one day to continue our boat trip to Blue Lagoon

The apartment was as expected and shown in the pictures. Katja is a fantastic host! During our whole stay she made sure we were provided with everything we wanted and needed. She even offered to wash our clothes and towels. We gladly accept it of course. Moreover she provided 2 new whole sets of towels every second day! Katja made sure that she was always personally accessible for her guests. Furthermore, Katja gladly welcomed our dog George (white swiss shepherd)! She is extremely pet friendly! At this point we once again want to say THANK YOU Katja for being such a great host! Until we meet again!
