In general, our stay were pretty good. Except the pool at the property. (Badly maintained) that area need management

The property in general was pretty good.

The pool at the property was not properly maintained. The water was badly maintained. I wasnt clear. In some areas you can see dirty and green. Unfortunately, I couldnt enjoy this area in the hotel.

Location, cleanliness, food.

Check in wasn't ready at four, we had to wait until 6pm. Slow service in restaurants. Part of the staff was not friendly or nice, with the exception of the person that checked us in, the bell boy, the main restaurant hostess, and a hall cleaning young man that was the nicest and always said hi with a smile on his face. The others seemed uncomfortable and serious all the time.

Great time despite problems I would have left early for had there been other options.

Location is beautiful, pools are nice, beach club is great (except for the music).

Service was terrible, everything was a little broken everywhere, got food poisoning, and the room's bathrooms are not conducive for sharing with kids all the bathroom walls are glass.
