A very attractive and well-designed hotel - lovely! the rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to relax in the evening and the staff there were Terrific!! Anna, at the front desk, was kind, welcoming and extremely helpful when we arrived. The first day/night were lovely, but were ruined by the following day.

We decided to stay for another night and made our request at reception. The young man wanted us to see the roo first, as it would be a higher price. We did as he asked, accepted the room / price, signed the paper and left for the day (the front desk young man promised to have our bag moved to the new room.) Several hours later, we received a call from the hotel that the room was indeed overbooked and that they had nowhere for us. They did not assist us in locating another hotel and we had already changed our transportation to the next day, so we spent several hours attempting to find another accommodation. This was a stressful situation, caused entirely by the hotel, and should have been rectified or assistance offered. Extremely disappointing!!

It was a perfect hotel for us as we were traveling to multiple cities nearby. This was our hub. Our room had a great view of the orange garden.

There are not a lots of restaurants nearby. We had to go to Sorrento city for good restaurants. The train station is around 10-12 mins walking distance from the hotel. If you dont like walking then taxi is another option but thats expensive.

We loved the location, the room, the staff, the restaurant and quality of food, ... it is an exceptional hotel!

Very friendly staff, nice rooftop bar, bar and swimming pool.

Our room (and the hotel in general) are outdated. Its not the impression you get from the outside. Lobby, (rooftop) bar, terrace and swimming pool are really nice. And a very friendly staff! And for the connaisseurs you can eat in a small 1 star Michelin restaurant (Don Geppi).
