Do not have chance to like something.

The owner never appear at the place, and did not answer the phone and text massages. I have to change the place looking for another accommodation. Vary disappointing.

Great location overlooking the lake and close to the supermarkets in Stuga. Private parking for our van right in front of apartment was fantastic. The road in front was very quiet

The outside areas were covered in bird droppings and the area looked like it had not been cleaned for a year. There was no furniture at the private beach area in front of the apartment. The apartment itself, which is a studio rather than 1 bedroom had not been cleaned. The poorly equipped kitchen (no saucepans, plates or forks) had cobwebs was dirty and the fridge and dish drainer was filthy/mouldy. The bins outside were foul smelling and were never emptied. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, which were cleaned a little when we arrived. The bathroon and main area were ok after being cleaned while we were there. Despite all of this we decided that it fitted everything else we need so we decided to stay a few more days. When we enquired about availabilty, the owner said she had cancelled some bookings to let us stay (though Booking.com still showed as being booked). At the beginning the owner contantly pushed their nearby restaurant. When we decided to reduce the extra days, communications got decidedly cooler. We never got an acknowlegement of our checkout time. Overall, a very unprofessional approach.

We chose Agape because of its proximity to the lake and the nice yard, because we planned to spend time outside. We were unpleasantly surprised by the neglected yard, with a lot of furniture scattered everywhere and not prepared for guests. It was especially awkward with the hornets flying around. Although the apartments are new, they are not well maintained. When we arrived (14:30) the rooms were not ready, and when we finally entered the accommodation, everything was quite dirty, especially the bathroom, which we cleaned ourselves so that we could even use it. We were attracted by the high ratings the house had, but that changed, since the guests had extremely serious complaints a day or two before us. We were looking for accommodation for 3 and 4 adults, and this accommodation, although spacious, is not suitable for more than two adults, as it only has one bed and sofa beds. I think that the description of a one-bedroom apartment is confusing, because this type of accommodation must be labeled as a studio, ie. one bedroom studio. If the owner put some extra effort into the maintenance, this could be a place to enjoy, but at the moment it is very disappointing. The price is moderate and fair, but that does not justify negligence, since we had much better accommodation at the same price earlier on Lake Ohrid
