everything! Maria the reservationist was hands down absolute amazing and over accommodating! Cj the maintenance guy was extremely nice as well. we will def be back.

The location couldn't have been better. Property is right on the beach. Also, it was very easy to find and get to as it is located right off the main drive. The property manager was helpful and nice. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable Outside shower area coming in from the beach and on to the property was a big plus to wash off any sand and/or salt water. Main strip of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our stay was quiet (We never heard any overly loud outside noise)

The unit 112 was TINY and outdated for the price (for only $100 more- Same number of days, we stayed at a condo across the street that was much larger and nicely updated the year before. That condo didn't have availability this year, however, and so we were forced to search for a vacancy and ended up at Surf Song). Bed felt like a cardboard box. No dishwasher (hand wash only). Tub had issues (shower head was completely crusty and plug was broken). The unit had paint peeling in many places. There is no central AC. There is a wall unit in the living area and one in the bedroom (Which normally should be fine). The AC unit in the bedroom worked well. But the living area felt warm the entire stay. There is a note on the thermostat that says not to set the temp below 72 or unit will ice over. We followed these instructions, but as I said, living area felt too warm the whole time. There was not a washer and dryer available with-in the unit itself. However, there are washer and dryer's available on the property. We did not use these facilities however. I do think that most people would like this condo. My family is picky. We usually stay in nicer places and so that is what we've become accustomed too. If you're not looking for updated/modern/everything looks clean and new, then this unit will be just fine.
