Nice room, clean, comfortable, aeration is very good, parking is as promised, good restaurants and baker nearby

Room had chimney view :( Breakfast was packaged stuff and overpriced. No warm sausages and bacon. Breakfast at the baker otherside. Location, Aubagne is a pretty grunge neighbourhood with homeless, beggars and gang people around. Do not go there, go Auriol instead

The property was in a nice setting, a couple of restaurants nearby and a free bus into the nearest town. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful

The room - there were crumbs on the bed when we first arrived. There were ants in the room and a faint smell of cigarettes, when I looked out of the window it was clear someone had been smoking in the room as there were cigarette ends outside. The bathroom is not private - the door is frosted glass with large gaps at the top and bottom. The bathroom itself was very small although clean. The plug in the sink broke and was stuck, meaning the water wouldnt drain properly. The breakfast is very basic, no hot food. The bar was closed very early - on Friday evening it was closed by 21:30.. The swimming pool was closed and the area around the pool was messy with weeds and leaves everywhere.

The room was clean, and the heating/cooling did work well. It was not noisy, even though it was just 200m from the motorway junction. The bath was fine, but quite small. Everything you need was there!

The A/C smelled like as if it it had be cleaned and dried. The room was very small. There was no decoration at all - and the overall ambiance (reception, hall for dining and breakfast) was not nice neither - this was a pity: the location serves a better look! Probably much better on summer outside.

Cosy, comfortable & friendly. The view was superb!! Staff were incredibly helpful. Loved the free number 8 bus to and from Marseille. Felt easy enough to get into city or up to St Zacharie the other way. Too cold for pool but would be great in summer.

Easy to get to.

The grounds could be kept a little nicer.
