The staffs pretended don't know English. Not able to communicate anything. I requested early check in . Although room was ready, but sat in the reception for hrs. Noone will be there in reception. Outside gate will be always closed. It's a building for multiple purposes. They use only one floor. I felt like a kind of mess up which might cause new guests a lot of unnecessary discomfort. The room which was given to me neither bathroom nor toilet attached. There two were there separately somewhere else. So astonishing and disgusting too. These two were so small that very difficult to use. The room was also very small and the basin in room was placed in a wrong side. However room was neat and clean.

My room was completely different from the one on the photo. It was also written Ill have a double bed for me and I had single bad. The room was uncomfortable cause it was quite long but its width was maximum 2m which is just unacceptable to let a person stay there. The reception lady was rude which was a huge surprise too. I asked for additional blanket and got reply: The heating is good in your room, it will be too hot. In addition to that, it was written Ill have bathroom in my room, in fact you have your own bathroom in the corridor a bit far away from your room, which is not the same.

Really good location right next to city trains and restaurants.

Really thin walls and squeaky floors. One time housekeeping came in unannounced while I was at bathroom. No locker safe in the room.

Very close to the transportation.

The room was not cleaned. My baby was crawling, and he almost swallowed a pill. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi coverage in our room. It would be helpful to have more directional labels to guide you to the reception upon arrival.

There was no misrepresentation except I hadn't realised this was basically a Youth Hostel in all but name. I can sleep anywhere but reading your publicity info for the hotel it definitely sounds more amenable than the reality. No complaints and I fully accept it is "caveat emptor" for this kind of facility.

I assumed it was a 3 Star hotel not a hostel.
