Location Staff Value Dogs allowed

We always stay there. We need to know availability before we book month in advance Don't really like dog rooms, but understand.

Location was fantastic!!!! Access to the pool/hot tub area in partner hotel was also amazing!

Rooms were very small and very out dated. Our room smelled of urine from I’m assuming someone’s pet staying there previously.

Breakfast was tasty but a little pricy The room was not exactly as comfortable and clean as you would expect for the price (but maybe Banff is a costly place...)

The rooms were small, no ac., Outdated, beds were awful, overpriced. Rating said it was an 8, that is very misleading as I would rate this a 3

Convenient location, free parking and excellent staff.

Hotel is definitely in need of some updates. Carpets are worn and shabby looking and major problems with tv connection

Very good stay, comfortable room, could do with a bit of updating. Exceptionally helpful staff and very good location with easy access to everything.

Decor could do with updating a little, but good value for money.
