I came for a wedding. It was beautiful. After that it was a horrible experience. I lost 2 days stay and had to change my flight and my niece flight when I didn't do anything. My son supposedly had an incident but he is grown and was in a different room.

Allegedly my grown son was in a fight. I was told if we didnt leave he would be arrested My son doesn't remember anything. It's as if he was drugged. I took him off the property 2:00 in the morning. When I came back later I wasn't allowed back on. Why not

Nice convenient compact layout. Excess walking wasn't needed to get around.

Sports bar was poor. Bad TV locations and low quality resolutions on TV for Bowl games. Bar converted to disco some nights, and no effort to set up as a sports bar in between. Food was ok, lacked seasonings...kinda bland. Bright lights in areas.

First of all i booked ocean view suite room but hotel gave me partly ocean view room. Room was very bad wet and humidity smell. After my request they change my room with real ocen view. But in the midnight i faced a scorpion on the middle of the room and my wife was so scared and could not sleep till the morning. In the morning we report to Hotel front office this situation. They offer another room but it was same problem as in the beginning with very bad smell. Unfortunately we couldnt find a solution with hotel stuff and 2 days gone with horrable moments. Some of the front office stuff was very unpolite and unprofessional during explain our problem. We are very dissapointed after 18 hours flight from Turkey to Mexico and we had very bad memories with this hotel. Entertainment and pool area so small against hotel capacity. Due to very bad sea condition everybody going to pool and pools are become very dirty before the noon.
