Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness

Too far to walk to room for handicap.

There was not enough products to serve all the guests. Lady said they run out fast. Location was good and staff were friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Prefer a better level of food.

The only good thing I can say about this stay was the pool and hot tub appeared to be clean and maintained. However so many children didn’t get a chance to use either. The staff was very friendly however I think they agreed with anything you said without really even listening.

The beds were horrible, it was like a box spring with a mattress topper, a window in our room was cracked, the curtains were stained and broken, stains all over the sofa, the TV felt as though if you moved it that it would literally fall off the wall, the carpets were sticking, our door was hard to close, there were all kinds of undesirable people hanging around the exterior all day and night, the common areas restroom in the laundry and ice area on the ground floor did not even have a working latch for the door, it literally was like a swinging bar door, the breakfast on our 2nd morning made us sick they had a funny taste, the pool area furniture was wobbly and old, asked for an hour late check out which was offered on the initial booking, however, that request was rejected, the list gets longer as we go. Horrible stay!!!

Everything was great. Pool, breakfast.

Beds are not comfortable.
