The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size with a good Japanese toilet!

The laundry facilities were subpar - the washing machine was fine but the dryers barely work even after running them 3 times, we still had to find places around our cramped tiny room to hang clothes to dry.

The staff gave us a wrong direction and we complained to a staff . The next morning he apologized but he insist of something didnt happen and seems like he didnt apologize or his apology wasnt sincere

WiFi was not good

It is located in a good spot, close to the subway and a 7-Eleven is literally right around the corner. There are many restaurants to choose from on the main road as soon as you exit the hotel. Room is ok, but there is a very high step to get into the bathroom and bath tub. WiFi signal was poor in the room, it works properly in the hall.

Smell of cigarettes smoke in the corridors.

Location is fine, near comm. centre and quite on stay.

There is not partition at the shower room
