location was good
They charged me for a breakfast that was never delivered.
The room was spacious. Breakfast was very good!
Not close enough to the old town
Location. Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanness of the room and facility in general.
No complaints.
Location is very central with plenty of restaurant/bars/shops nearby. The hotel is spacious and modern in the common areas, the room was large and comfy.
When I checked in I was given a room that already had someone staying in there. I opened the door and someone was in bed. Reception quickly fixed this and gave me another room. The gym was poorly maintained with no towels, broken equipment and bins not emptied each day.
Everything was perfect
None
A typical well-designed Mercure close to public transportation but on a quiet street. It has a nice lobby and a superb buffet breakfast. There was a wine bar that I did not visit, but others seemed to like it. The elevators were always available, which can sometimes be a problem in a large hotel when you are on an upper floor.
The room was perfect for a solo traveler. However, the lighting situation could be problematic if there is someone else in the room. The only way to turn on the bathroom and hallway lights is to turn on bright ceiling lights all over the room -- it's all or nothing! It should be an easy fix. The front desk staff seemed to know all about this problem, my guess is they get complaints all the time. The glass wall that looks into the shower and bathroom did not bother me as I was by myself, but it could be an issue despite the curtain one can draw across that wall.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw. I need to travel a lot for work, so I stay in hotels a lot. And this one is probably the friendliest, the most comfortable hotels ever with a good restaurant downstairs.
The hall
Dirty Broken furniture Only one bath robe and one slippers for 2 Staff bored and not helpful Restaurant staff didn’t come to ask anything in more than 25 minutes Really bad experience
