Amazing place to stay. I wanted to live here. The restaurant was the best place that we ate during our 10-day trip through Germany. Arrived during late November, so they had Gluhwein and outdoor seating. Great vibes all around. The provided breakfast was also exceptional!!!

Traditionelles Hotel in idealer Lage

Great breakfast. Fresh items in abundance and always refilled when getting low. Staff was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the old town.

Beds are extremely soft. Granted, this is a personal preference and everyone will rate them differently. Shower configuration in our room was not ideal. Hard to keep water off the floor due to extremely small barrier between shower and the rest of the room

Cozy , have their own restaurant where we ate our first dinner & the food are good. The hotel is 3 mins walk to the famous old town

No elevator, the hotel was built 1980 but its ok witj me having no elevator but I think about the handicap people

I liked everything

The location is good. The hotel is not

The employee's are unfriendly, even rude. They look annoyed from working there and make the guests feel unwelcome and unwanted. We were happy to only stay one night and leave as quickly as possible. The hotel itself isn't great but fine. They probably have problems finding good staff. Especially an older blond lady was super rude to me and my girlfriend. During breakfast she was so annoyed that we choose to sit inside instead of outside. She really did her best to let us know she hated us for that. I feel sad for the owner of the hotel. He probably has no idea how his guests are being treated by the unprofessional staff he is paying.
