the breakfast was good on most days

the staff werent too friendly it was boring i would be told i could get a certain service and then the front desk lady would tell me id have to bring my bags to the front myself when i was told my bags would be brought for me which is what usually happens im not sure why i was particularly denied some services

Location was beautiful, excursion to Chukka, and on-site nurse were great. Employees at front desk were very helpful.

Room was not clean to our standards but got better over course of stay. Delayed maintenance responses for bathroom and TV issues. Customer service of wait staff was sub par for the entire stay.

the staff was outstanding, the beach and pools were perfect. The food was adequate, the buffet and the burgers and jerk chicken by the beach were our favorite

we booked an ocean view room and it was a partial view, blocked by trees, if you sat in the far right corner you could see the ocean

The staff and food was unmatched.

The dress restrictions to dine in the restaurants were outrageous for an adult only resort. We were asked to cover up each time we went to eat. Breakfast lunch and dinner even by the pool.

breakfast was great lunch was good dinner were not so good also our room was not cleaned everyday and we didnt get new towels they took our towels and we only had one towel to use for both of us the day before we ws leaving.

entertainment was great and the people of the entertainment was great. The pool tile were were broken by swimmup bar and the bathroom door didnt lock so you had to hold the door to go Also there shold have been a few more entertainment things to do not just trivia I have been to other places and the entertainment was amazing her it was just ok.
