Room was clean.
Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. No pool. TV did not work 1/2 the time and wifi did not work.
Room was comfortable. Very close to Museums and Capital hill. Breakfast was very good and the staff overall very friendly and welcoming.
I am not sure we needed to be awakened at 3am with an alarm just to tell us the power was out and the gentleman that made the announcements seemed unclear as to the process as he initially just kept saying Test Test Test! I found some socks under the dresser that were not ours and some cooler freezer Paks in the fridge so it appears the post clean-up crew were not as attentive as they should have been after the previous guest left. Finally, t he Chargers for an EV were complicated and required downloading an app, opening an account and uploading funds to the account. The Holiday Inn Express we stayed at prior to this stay had Charges where you scanned QR code, entered your credit card number and just like that you were charging. I did not use the charges in your hotel.
Great location, lots of things to do nearby. Clean room, professional staff.
The price for one night was astronomically high in my opinion, I know there are lots of factors to consider like inflation, etc, etc, but nearly $400 for one night seems a bit much. There were no events going on nearby (in fact most people were going to Montreal for the Grand Prix), so I don't understand why it could be so high. But so be it. This is my only beef with my stay.
Accomodating, polite, fast staff and crew.
Washroom: toilet flush was not working properly. They thought the toilet was plugged but it was the flushing system. The tub was not draining properly too. The airconditioner was too noisy. Carpet is so old, I was having allergies.
Very clean and friendly staff
The pool was out of order and not mentioned at all at the time of booking .The rooms have connecting doors and we were able to clearly hear the people staying in the room beside us. We also had to pay for to park at the hotel’s parking which normally should be included for guests staying at the hotel.
Next to the museum.
Area around hotel felt empty and was mostly business buildings. Hidden expenses not in the booking fee (paid parking, breakfast not complementary).
