Reception staff very helpful. Room was clean. Amenities funcioned well. Located right next to metro station. Overall quality aligned with rating.

Fold out bed not prepared, despite room being booked for 4 people. In summer, lack of air conditioning means using windows for ventilation, which exposes the room to high street noise levels.

Location was great.

The room was dirty. Pull out sofa had dirty sheets on it with hair and fluid stains. Ask cleaner if she could change it, and she handed me the sheets. 1 iron for so many rooms, and they couldn't locate it, but could put you on a waiting list. On website states, iron available ( maybe they should make it clear it's one single iron for 30+ rooms). The signage had spilled coffee on it, and the coffee machine had old coffee pods in it. Cutlery was dirty. Towels had a brown haze to them. Mould around edges of shower and glass shower screen loose. For the price charged, you would at least expect clean sheets and an iron. Location wise, it's great, but they really need to lift their game in cleaning and room maintenance.
