Hotel Goldener Falke

Cutest hotel ever. The rooms on 4th floor larger than any other rooms in Europe. The restaurant on first floor was good and the breakfast was great.

No, it was perfect.

Super position in the centre.

Lovely location and lovely suite. Everything there one could need.

The bed was faaar to soft for me. I had difficulties sleeping in it.

best location in Heidelberg, walking distance to all the main sights

doors do not close snug, can hear everything from rooms around yours and above. no reception after 10pm. not the place to be if you're looking for a good sleep

Location, staff and food were excellent.Dining room combined with top notch traditional German fare with setting made for excellent dining, Ps. Breakfast food selection was varied and good quality and the bed was so comfortable and the shower was hot and powerfull

Even though our room was a good size we felt there needed to be more storage,ie drawers for clothing. There was only a double wardrobe with a shelf on top and not even a luggage rack to place case or bag. Lighting in room could have been better, quite dull and difficult to see things a times at night

The location was wonderful, in the middle of the old town. Nice breakfast. Spacious room, that felt very cosy.

The reception is at the bar in the restaurant and that felt a bit messy and unprofessional somehow. Luggage storage was at the wall in the restaurant, which also seemed a bit strange. The lady checking us in was very friendly though. Other staff so so.

Location is perfect. Rooms are very nice. Staff was great.
