This is a an amazing hotel. We got a Suite room, which was wonderful. The view at breakfast is a fantastic. And the restaurant serves delightful meals. Everything was just perfect.

Beautiful views and comfortable rooms
Breakfast had limited options despite high prices, food exposed covered in bugs, flies, bees, seems to be ignoring basic hygiene at the buffet
Spacious room with nice balcony Heated swimming pool Wonderful architecture and beautiful views of the surroundings Delicious breakfast with a large choice of pastries, charcuterie, fresh drinks, ... Flexible checkout timings Most of the staff were friendly and helpful
Apart from the breakfast (which was perfect), the prices of the menu were overly expensive, even for the region. We paid 40 EUR for 4 scoops of icecream in carton packagings with small, wooden spoons! 35 EUR for a tiny chicken filet without side dishes. Still water was not always free. Choice of food for room service was limited, quality mediocre and expensive. Even in Geneva we get more value for money for food. I would have given a 10/10 but this really impacted our stay a bit.
Beautiful location/views. Attentive staff.
Soft bed. There was not enough evening restaurant staff, at times they appeared scrambling. Those who were there did their best, considering.
Beautiful buildings in wonderful location.
The hotel felt unloved. Staff though charming had no sense of leadership or direction. The decor lacked any soul , it could have been anywhere no reference to its location. The staff uniforms did no favours to the charming young people who wore them. Sad to see this lovely place feeling so neglected by management.
Location
-Breakfast was expected much better choice and quality.. - toilets floor was wet in the pool area and not much clean.
Absolutely beautiful , it exceeded our expectations . Quiet luxury. From the checkin to check out we loved this hotel and hope to return. We arrived in the afternoon , so had a light lunch in the bistro by the pool . Limited menu but fine. Unobtrusive waiter service by pool. Comfortable room , gorgeous bathing products , free drinks and snacks in the mini bar . We had a ground floor room with small terrace and access to the gardens and pool. The restaurant on the grand terrace was fab and totally delicious food with spectacular views. The spa and heated jacuzzi was quiet and easily accessible
