Location. Had a glass show at the ford center

Front staff was not helpful. Had numerous requests ignored. Had someone in our group with things taken from there room. No accountability. Never totaly cleaned our room for four days. Would take towels. Not replace them. Made our bed once. Seemed like a family run i dont care attitude. This place needs to be reviewed by corporate

The convenience and availability and no bed bugs in my room

Was not clean

Comfortable bed, bathroom had fan, lots of plugs for electronics, good desk and chair

Kids running up and down hall after 8pm

The location was convenient for our adventure for the day.

There was a kids hockey group staying at the hotel the same time we stayed. The kids were so nosey. The parents were drunk and loud all night. The kids were running up and down the hallway. Bouncing balls off of our doors. ( We reserved 2 rooms ) Knocking on the doors and running. Left garbage and towels outside our doors and tripped over one of the towels. The fridge froze all of my veggies and had to be thrown out. The 2nd room the freezer didn't work and our ice cream melted within a half an hour. We asked for extra wash clothes because we only had 1 when there were 2 people in the room. They said they didn't have anymore clean. Very, very disappointed, because it was a great location.
