Our room was nice and the upgrade to a mountain view room was well worth it. Spectacular views of the mountains! Staff at the front desk seemed tired. We used the shuttle service to town a couple of times which was handy. The walk to town was not super close but very picturesque. Plenty of parking on the hotel grounds which was very useful. The restaurant onsite had nice meals.
Views and cleanliness
Room lighting was poor. We had lower floor next to bistro and it was a bit noisy. The room had only one chair and huge picture window with great view but people could see in to room. An additional sitting option would be nice.
I like the place. It was great view there with the mountains.
Everything was okay.
Small modern boutique feel with artistic additions and native art throughout. The plant based menu at the bistro was lovely. The bed was fantastic.
The lighting in our room was terrible. Only one nightstand with a light that was more cool looking than functional. No plugs by the beds for phones, etc.
Location was amazing. It had the best view of Banff
Shower in honey moon suit wasn’t properly functioning. Honeymoon suits doesn’t have honey moon fill to it. Balcony railing was obstructing the perfect view of the valley
Pleasant room and nice view from the balcony over the mountains. Restaurant is excellent and we had the duck breast which was outstanding.
The interior of the hotel is somewhat depressing and the access to the restaurant should be improved. The location is somewhat remote and requires a car in order to reach Banff city.
