Clean and good food

That good arrangement and avenue

Close to airport, comfortable and accomodating

We were charged a full night even though airline mechanical trouble caused a delay and all we could do was use the facility but for a few hours after we arrived the next morning. That was acceptable. But we learned a week later, from our credit card company, that we had been charged fraudulently on our credit card the following Monday for several nights in addition. Credit card denied the charge.

Loved our room the bed was very comfortable, and the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was so good. Loved all the fun drinks

The pool seemed not very clean.

The environment was always clean,location well situated and staff were wonderful. The staff always made sure we were OK. The food was good as well.

The room buildings looked old and hot water in the bathroom was on/off

We were there for a week. Every night we play cards before dinner , we move 2 tables together. Either waitress would or we would , no problem! Then on the 6 th night we move the table and freak accident the glass top brakes. They charge us 700 us to replace . Even though it was complet accident and they admit it was . Lesson learned always ask them to touch and move stuff for you

Very professional staff. Delicious food. Heated pools. Everyone is very attentive to your needs. All inclusive meals and drinks. Large clean rooms. In hotel zone near plaza mijares san jose del cabo. They had fiesta mexicana night buffet. Was wonderful!

Enjoyed the variety of food choices and especially the dancing show in the evening. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Weve never been on a large cruise ship but the size of the hotel and atmosphere felt like one. Sometimes difficult to find way to room, restaurants
