The location is good, close to the Chiang Mai Boxing Stadium. It was an advantage to have a car for this location, and there is extensive parking available. The breakfasts were-well presented and enjoyable with interesting Thai-style options. The room was comfortable and commodious with good AC. The swimming pool is great.

There is nowhere to put damp towels and swimming costumes apart from a small peg on the back of the bathroom door. It seems odd not to have any towel rails at all and it's not possible to place towels etc on top of the glass walls of the shower since these extend to the ceiling.

Great staff and service, really nice breakfast for only 149 baht, very comfortable beds, and great pool. Will definitely stay here again

As a wheelchair user, I found the lift doors closed on me a few times. Other guests noticed the same thing

LOCATION IS GOOD, JUST BESIDE SUPERMARKET, STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

HOTEL IS ABIT TOO OLD, MAYBE NEED SOME UPGRADING.

Location is convenient. Breakfast is below expectations. Staff are friendly Aircon leaking even after repair. Road facing units very noisy at night as window panels cannot be closed tightly.

Toilet hot & cold don't work well, either it is too hot (cannot control the hot level) so have to take cold shower!!
