A lot of potential, beautiful surroundings, soft bedding, outstanding food at breakfast. Nice pool (although we didnt use).

No attention to detail whatsoever. The rooms on the surface seem ok but they are cheaply furnished and there are no basics like a kettle to boil water to have the hot chocolate they provide, no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything, the shower room is connected to the bathroom and after you have a shower there is water everywhere, no bottled water (unacceptable in any paid accommodation and considering there is nothing around where you can buy anything this is applying), so many mosquitos that make a peaceful night impossible (there are so many things you can put in the room to help with this all guests in the other houses complained they couldnt sleep because of the same reason), the access to the actual accommodation is actual shocking (very very narrow and steep roads) - admittedly this is unlike to be the fault of the accommodation but please inform guests in advance, pond with frogs underneath the bedroom window, made sleeping very difficult as they sing all night, the breakfast was outstanding but took ages to be replaced so many people were just hanging around waiting for the hot food to arrive. Given he breakfast only starts at 09:30 (unacceptable in my opinion) and the checkout is at 11:00 it doesnt give you enough time to eat peacefully and the check out!!! Honestly, if you cant get the basics right I can only give you a poor rating. Extremely expensive for what you get (we paid 180). The service was poor, the hosts were polite but completely uninterested. I would never stay again.

We had a great time here. Staff were very helpful, even cooking us pasta when we needed to feed our kids on arrival. The kids loved the pool and the goats and the frogs etc. Beautiful surroundings.

It is very remote. We needed to stay there for proximity to a family wedding. If you were wanting easy access to shops and activities for kids, this wouldn't be ideal but it worked great for us. Staff were wonderful!
