Staff were very helpful and it was quiet despite being next to the train station with rooms facing the tracks.

There was no food available other than breakfast. There were drinks available in machines but no food or snacks.

It was close to the train station which we used often. The windows were air tight so we didnt even know there was a train station directly behind us. It was nice to walk next door to the train station to get a bun or pretzel and coffee/tea for breakfast each morning. Love those German bakeries!

Most of the staff was friendly. But some just werent helpful. I asked for hot water for tea one evening and was given hot water and a cup. But when I asked again the next day during the day the woman told me I could buy the breakfast for 17 Euro if I wanted tea. I said the lady last night got me hot water and she said she shouldnt have done that for me! I ended up just getting hot water from the bathroom faucet became it came out really, really hot! So some staff were friendly, others not so much.

Location is perfect for business trip via train, and surprisingly cannot hear the noises from rails

In General all pretty good.

The staff is kind and helpful. Location right at the train station .

Bed is too soft.
