The Security Guards And Some Of The Workers

The Tv Didn?t have no cable the Ac in the room didn?t keep the room cool They need to spray the room for ants the Wi-fi didn?t work and at poolbar the tall guy served the white people first and then served the black people and the guy in gift shop

The beach was decent.

Almost everything else. The room was a broom closet. You couldnt sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the sink. The food was disgustingalmost inedible, and the staff was rude and unfriendly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was special. The front desk clerk had the staff decorate my room, bring me a special drink, and sing Happy Birthday with a cake at dinner. I felt so special and I will be forever grateful!

My only complaint would be no elevators, but everything else was amazing

It was a good location. Beach right across the street which was very pretty, lots of umbrellas and chairs for use. Felt safe.

I got the room right next to the gift shop and right by the pool so was quite loud. The AC didnt really work at all so was very warm. The hot water also didnt work one of the 2 nights I was there. Bartenders seem annoyed by your presence

The food was delicious

The tour desk booked my shuttle for wrong date. Couldnt get dinner reservations. Tv, phone and safe did not work

The pictures of the room are deceiving. They are definitely upgrades that the resort needs to make

It was close to a beach.

Did not like the experience of the stay at all. For the cost of the night, expected more. It was stuffy in the open areas and dining, with it being so humid. The room was horrible, no hot water, and no pressure on the showerhead.

The private beach was great, felt safe to go in the sea as not to deep for a not so great swimmer, the food was lovely and the staff was exceptional. The hotel could do with a massive renovation, rooms are big with high ceilings, but need a designer.

My room looked out to a building site, not pretty if wanted to sit on the balcony. Had to ask for towels daily, even after the room was cleaned hours before.
