Clean, feels new, food is good.

No elevators make it horrible with luggage. My room was too far from any services, had to walk 5 minutes to get to front desk

The staff was amazing and well trained.

The location was very good

The food was not good overall and the alcohol selection was horrible only cheap liquor. The late night food option is none existent. The only thing available to eat at night was dried out meat pies and old nachos. Horrible for an all inclusive!

The beach was horrible and there were too many hagglers on the beach selling weed and cursing. The food was not good. Would not go back

The best thing about the hotel is the entertainment staff. They are so fun so professional, so dedicated. The hotel is very lucky to have.The hotel is beautiful, the pools and access to the beach is easy.

The food is mediocre. Some of the support staff (in the lobby, waiters) really need training. Some of them have no clue what customer service is. Some of them don't even smile when they're talking to you.

Food was very good. Staff responsive and friendly. Drink selectio. Solidly seco d shelf (very good).

What made my stay enjoyable was hotel employee who is a waiter she was amazing I would only sit at her tables she seen us and knew what we wanted and liked amazing and also hotel employee she is a bartender and omg not only are her drinks amazing her personality

Was amazing! These girls deserve everything Im planning my next trip right back there my birthday was everything I wanted and more
