Good room,clean.

The Booking difference - we booked a room for 2 adults+1 child and it was checked only for 2 adults. We needed to pay additional fee - it was not our fault, but somewhere in the system. It was not also pleasant to stay 1 hour at the reception desk to wait for clarification and finally pay because of false information by booking. It was disappointing. We will not visit the hotel with pleasure anymore.

Food poor. Have to pay 1 for a re usable cup that they didnt even wash after use even if it was a different drink.

At night I kept getting bitten to find on the 4 or 5 night bed bugs crawling on the bed which I killed. The little cupboard thing under the tv is not fully secure to the wall. I had a corner room so my balcony was like a prison cell. the bathroom is ok not the best looking but you get what you pay for. Food was not good, first couple of days my diet was pizza and chips for a safe option, yet this food went straight through all 4 of us so the money i taken for activities in the day ended up being used for food each night. breakfast was ok depending what you like, I had pastry's each morning because I think they should leave the English breakfast to the English.

I didn't like getting bitten by bed bugs each night, I didn't like the dinner, The pool was tiny and was never any sunbeds available.
