The staff was very nice and polite

The maintenance people need to learn how to caulk around a toilet. Would they do it that way if it was their toilet?
Convenient location.
I called the GM about releasing my $150.52 and have still not heard back from them. It’s been 10 days since I stayed there and I was told it would take 3-5 days. Booking.com has already paid them. I will never stay at this location again.
