Hotel Parentium Plava Laguna

The location of the hotel is nice and well maintained, a lot of greenery surrounding the hotel. Also the spa area is nice.

Where to start - the food is absolutely not a 4* hotel food. Very poor fresh fruit and vegetable selection, poor quality meat products (chicken sausage "Pariser" for breakfast), food was not replenished fast enough, coffee was poor quality filter coffee, tea water was lukewarm, you could not even make yourself a tea. Seafood was not properly cleaned (muscles)... The service in the restaurant was terrible, no one greeted us, the waiters did not clean the tables, when we put our breakfast table together by ourselves, the waiter just looked at us and went away. It was as if they did not want to be there. Room service charged us some snacks and drinks from the minibar that we did not even use, in fact they forgot to refill it before we arrived. The drawers were full of hair, the shower did not work properly. When talking to the reception, we just got a simple sorry, but it seems like no one really cares. Charging for parking - why? Anyone could enter it.

Very low quality food !!! Narrow, uncomfortable parking lot !! Low quality bedding, hard pillows.
