The location
The room had no a/c not even a fan the electric cables were hanging from the ceiling I was told they had no other room available so we had to move to another Hotel and we didnt get a refund for the 2 nights we were supposed to stay there Terrible place

Truthfully the only thing I liked was the proximity to the square and being close everything.
When I arrived the concierge tried to have me pay 56 dollars more than booking.com said online... I included taxes an showed her the correct price and she argued with me .. I explained booking.com said the amount plus the 2 different taxes and what my actual amount should be , however she continued to argue, so we paid just to make it end When we opened the door to our room the heat could suffocate you...there was a broken window that didn't open and one window that opened into the laundry room... There wasn't even so much as a ceiling fan.. and a broken tv When looking in different rooms we saw tvs that worked , an cieling fans I messaged an asked for at least a fan, because it was so hot , our only window.opened into the laundry so it was so hot , an they said no We couldn't stay in the room during the day because of such extreme heat and sense we were next to the laundry room it was constant noise all day
Clean, comfortable, convenient location, peaceful.
Our bathroom has some mold on the ceiling. I recommend to clean it to avoid affecting allergic people like me.
