The room was horrible no phone in the and they told me to dial 0 for somebody to access the elevator for me the bathroom need to clean properly too
The place was well kept clean and the staff was very respectful
Why your elevator wasn't working how it supposed to you have to call someone to get us up and call to get us down
I cannot believe this hotel is open! The elevators were broke and staff had to operate them. You had to call down to have the elevator sent up and no one ever answered the phone. The couch in our room was stained, the bath tub was patched with plaster. When we asked to change rooms the front desk person said we could have a new couch or a working TV. We were in town for a sports tournament and this hotel ranks as THE WORST hotel I’ve stayed at!
comfortable bed
Appropriate and clean.
Lift on demand only, breakfest quite lean...
Nothing we didn't stay matressd was discussed blood stain broken dirty hair in the shower elevator we have to call so they can come and get us going up or down crazy
We went to another hotel Hyatt
I was able to book it last minute without any issues. The Room was fine and the bed comfortable.
The Staff is rude and very reluctant to help. The elevator was broken to the extent of always needing to call the front desk so they can task someone to operate it for you. This became very annoying. My Room key stopped working after each night
