The location was outstanding, the bed and pillows were very comfy, and I liked the layout.

The bathroom was not clean. The facility charged a parking fee on top of what I had paid. The facility said they cleaned every 3 days but did not provide enough coffee, coffee service, or towels for that long.

location. We spent our vacation driving around the whole island to see sights and hike. This was a good central location. We had a fantastic time as there is a lot to see and do on Kauai. The room we had was basic, nothing special. Since the breakfast was not included, we purchased food at a grocery store and ate in our room.

Being charged a $25/day resort fee and $25/day to park. In my opinion these fees should be included in the room cost rather than included as an extra fee so the posted room fee is lower, especially the resort fee since it is a mandatory charge whether the resort facilities are used or not each day. The Hilton hotels I have stayed at have not had these fees, plus breakfast is included, with the exception of the Hilton we stayed at on Oahu the week before. I did not realize that I would not earn Hilton Honors points by booking through a third party.

It felt like being in Hawaii. True to its roots.

No easy access to other places in Kauai and the elevator. Need to renovate the elevator.

location a good, walking distance from a noce park and beach area and available beach mats

facilities were a little tired, needed some refreshing and care, room smelled like gas.
