Winchcombe. The location. Very clean but..! .
The oven was not working when we arrived. Blew up when someone came to repair it. There was a leak from the upstairs shower into the kitchen which was not fixed making the kitchen floor slippery When we complained we were not offered another cottage and there has been no offer of recompense from the company
The cottages are located at walking distance from Winchcombe and Sudeley castle, and offers good opportunity for many different circular walks. The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, perfect for two couples or a family. Also there is complimentary access to the Sudeley castle and gardens
It would be useful to have some basic kitchen necessities available such as pepper and salt
Location close to village was great
Lounge chairs could have been refreshed
Olde Worlde surroundings -quiet-excellent position for walking to Winchcombe pubs/restaurants and Winchcombe is very well positioned for touring the Cotswolds. Well equipped and the vintage furniture worked well in its surroundings
Could have been cleaner in general, The sofa especially was very stained and the carpets were a little more marked than we may have wished (but we accept, not easy to keep immaculate in walking country.)
