Breakfast( No way, Jose!!) It's only for 2 , even if you book a suit , you have to pay for the others at 20 bucks pop or make sure you get the package. Parking is 20 a dollars a day. Tub did not drain. It took 3 times to ask the front desk and 6 hours later to get someone up there.to fix it .

Didn't get the room I reserved The room they gave me was not clean at all it was for my anniversary and I was very unsatisfied really needed a refund for what I went through

I really enjoyed the size of the room and the beds were extremely comfortable

The room was not cleaned very well. The couch in the room was stained, the mini fridge filthy, and the whole room smelled like the previous guest smoked cigarettes. If your room smells like that, make sure you go to the lobby and speak to an employee to ensure they don’t try and charge you.

It is irrelevant when one ends up losing 200 USD.

Invoice was not given although stated by booking.com that only the hotel will be able to do so. They replied after being contacted that this should be done by booking which is not possible as afore-stated. In addition 75 USD were taken for incidentals and were never returned after almost a month. I ended up losing almost 200 $ which cannot be refunded by my employer for not having an invoice.

The bed was clean and soft

Lots of homeless people surrounding the property, my SUV wouldn’t fit in their parking garage so we had to back out and pay an additional $60 to park across the street, my daughter and I had to drag our bags across the street and wait and the light while a homeless man dug through the trashcan near us, the foyer and halls smell bad. Because of the parking hassle, we opted to stay in for room service but it was closed due to lack of help so you have to go pick your order up from the bar.

Barman was exceptional

Bed was comfortable.

They were doing work on my floor, they scratched my door and painted it without telling me so I found myself with paint on me when I went out. I make a deposit and they still haven't returned it to me, it’s been almost a month.
