Park Hotel Ribaritsa

The view was really unique. You are surrounded by woods and mountains and you are amongst the nature. You have a cell tower near by, so the internet on our phones was very quick due to the excellent reception. The woman who was a receptionist was truly great. The rooms were very cozy and the fact they all have balcony is huge plus. The gardens in the hotel are well mentioned and there a lot of places you could take a walk.

There was broken glass in the bathroom that was not cleaned. That is unacceptable and very dangerous!!!! The food in the restaurant was not very good. The breakfast was really poor and there was no choice. The rooms are not soundproof as they claim in the site. The beds in some rooms are old and do not seem stable. There are a lot of stairs everywhere, so not suitable for very old people with problems in the knees.

We like the location, staff was very friendly and responsive, the nature around, waiters in the restaurant were very good, ordered and prepared food for lunch and dinner was very tasty (congrats to the chef), swimming pool was top and clean.
