Everything. I booked this room months ago. I called two days before I arrived to let them know I would be a late night check-in after a concert. I asked about early check-in, but they would not allow it. When I showed up to check-in, the attendant at the desk said that the manager marked my room as cancelled. It was a busy night after a concert and they were turning away walk-in customer. They obviously gave my room away to a walk-in. I had to drive two hours home.
