Nothing
Location and price was great
Nothing I didnt like.
Staff was so friendly and our room was a great size/clean!
The location was good.
Old style hotel. Rooms need makeover. Breakfast was typical European with limited options for Asians.
receptionist, Victoria, was most helpful and professional. she knew we were driving a larger car and secured an excellent parking spot at the back of the Hotel. we slept well as the rooms were sound proofed and quiet. it is only 5 minutes by foot to the Bridge and Lake. highly recommend.
breakfast could be more varied.
The hotel is near the centre. I found parking. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was good.
The room on the second floor has a view of the rooftops: we were unlucky. The shower is in the bath. I found critical that there's no way to prevent slipping. I'd suggest this improvement to the management.
