Everything was wonderful. For some reason my first night I developed a very bad allergy, coughing and choking the whole night and rest of the stay. Couldnt do much. Maybe something in the room. I dont know. Your hotel and staff are wonderful. Great service.
I wrote everything above.
It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone who works there is super helpful and very nice. The accommodations were perfect and the rooms were perfect. The food in the restaurant was excellent

Atmosphere, scene, the little details, the stuff! The food was delicious
The lunch, cocktails, and extras were too expensive. Dinner didn't include wine.
This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Israel. It is a luxury escape. The facilities were first class. The staff professional and service was excellent. The food was very good and there was a good variety at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The view from our room, the pool and the restaurants was incredible.
There should be a greater variety of food and snacks for poolside dining.
Its ok just before the service on the phon was terrible
The location is exceptional while the architecture and setup perfectly match it. The "resident" wild ibexes strolling around freely add a further touch to the place.
Breakfast was somewhat less than expected particularly on Saturday morning. We have seen more creative solutions to the Kosher requirements in other, less lucrative, hotels.
The location and its facilities
For this type of hotel you expect excellent service & extremely clean / constantly refurbished facilities. The room furniture was old / stained, many towels stained at the swimming pool and the fitness center.
