The pool was really the one bright spot. The room was okay.
Construction. Everywhere. The entire hotel was torn apart. It was ugly on the inside, not to mention, we were woken both days by loud construction. Would definitely not recommend.
I like the location of the hotel!
Everything could’ve been better the pool Was down until Saturday! The bar close at 5 the pool close at 11! All the renovations going on the hotel could’ve knocked prices down for u to get woke up at 6 am
The staff is very friendly and helpful!
There is a lot of construction going on. It can be a little overwhelming. However the you have a glimpse of whether they want it to resemble once construction is completed.
pool was very nice but still work been done flags take up and repointed
was told on booking small amount of renovation work would be carries out it was major renovation project work man started work at 5.30am till some times 4.30pm
We love the pool area and having the water slide and fake beach / sand area. They have lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to get out of the sun. Lots of pools to chose from.
Staff working the pool area were not very attentive and when we asked a question was told " I will get back to you" then say this stuff member chatting in coffee shop for 20 min. Manager did apologize and let us use a cabana for the afternoon to apologize. Being a high end resort they should really train staff to be more attentive. This is not a cheap resort.
Staff were friendly and accommodated an early check out. Pool is renovated. Room was updated. Daily gym access to Gainey Village (across the street) because their gym is closed.
Active and loud construction was taking place the majority of the day. One day we were woken up at 6:30 am from loud leaf blowing outside of our room and then 8:30 am with really loud jack hammering that echoed the halls. It was a maze to get to our room with big sections of the hotel blocked off. Elevators were slow and hot inside. I wish the hotel and Booking were more clear about how much construction was taking place. Had we known, we wouldn’t have booked at this time. The hotel should have stopped booking rooms until construction was finished because of how loud it was, the inconvenient access to our room, and lack of basic amenities you’d find at a resort.
I love it overall its beautiful and very nice.
They doing reconstruction so it was loud in the morning woke us up so we left early.
Newly renovated room was good. Nice bed. Newly renovated pool area. Not many people so felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Too much construction going on. There was LOUD jackhammering going on during the day. Not many food/drink options. The cafe, restaurant and bar were in conference type rooms with limited options. We didn’t feel we were getting what we paid for. They shouldn’t just shut the hotel down during their renovation process.
