The staff was extremely friendly and everything was very clean!

The A/C in the room was pretty noisy and woke us up a few times throughout the evening.

Breakfast had variety of options but would have enjoyed some gluten free pastry/bread options.

Had to wait for over an hour to check in because there was no housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was excellent! So much variety and very tasty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Did not have a section downstairs for toiletries. I had forgotten my deodorant and toothpaste. It would have been conveniently nice to go downstairs to purchase.

The hotel is surrounded by useful shops and food outlets. Short taxi ride gets you into Newport and its attractions. It was a great base for exploring the area.

Room as well appointed and very clean. Very good breakfast as well. Location was very convenient to downtown Newport.

The gym was under construction so not usable. They offered us to use the Howard Johnson gym across the street Barking dog for an hour in the evening was very annoying but the front desk said they would look into it and it did eventually stop.
