Super clean room

The location is good if you just need a quick place to stop for a night. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked.

Funky smell in room, no elevators, the man working the night shift was NOT friendly at all. The handle on the shower door wasn't fully attached. Beds were highly uncomfortable. The water in the shower was fully hot or cold, no in between.

Pool

They staff was very rude. Mold all in room. The breakfast was low on food.pulled a deposit off of my card and never returned it.

Location

I am appalled at the lack of customer service the Front Desk Manager exhibited when I called to let her know we did not have our room serviced by housekeeping during our stay. We even had to go to the front desk late at night for towels.

The lady employees are nice but the male is very rude. He doesn't know how to behave. I won't be there anymore in my life. Location is only the good thing. I have been traveling for a long time but never had this type of hospitality.
