The location is great, it's about 5-10 mins walk to the lake and there are lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. The room is decent but the it is a bit dark inside. We arrived early and they helped us store our luggage.

Great rooms and relaxing atmosphere and hot spring pools

Spacious and comfortable doublebed rooms. The natural hot tubs were amazing. Location is great to walk to everywhere.

Without a doubt, this place is an oasis amidst the chaos of Panajachel. While there may be other options near the lake, the hot springs at Regis are truly worth staying for. The staff members were incredibly kind, always providing accurate information and offering support when needed. The hotel boasts a spacious backyard where the hot spring pools are nestled among ancient trees, frequented by birds and squirrels.
