Staff friendliness and the high quality cleaning in the room and common areas
Assuming due to the number of guests, some furniture was a little run down in the room (including carpet stains). And the WiFi! Extra costs for stronger WiFi!

Bed were very hard, they offer a mattress topper but had to put it on ourselves and made very little difference! Have had softer beds and less expensive motels! That a sign is put on the bed that the mattress are hard should be enough to say! Beds are hard as!
I booked it because we had been travelling and needed the in room laundry facilities aswell as restaurants and bars
