The breakfast was adequate, but little in the way of variety day-to-day. Always busy and queuing on 2 of the 4 days we were there. Far to small for the amount of people staying there. The rooms were clean & modern.
On the whole a good stay. The 'Revolve' bar was somewhat antiquated and in need of a re-vamp. The furnishings were uncomfortable & in need of replacement. Tables were often sticky and in need of a good wipe.Bar staff were helpful
Location and comfort
It was clean and comfortable and good value for the money. The breakfast was good, and I was able to store my bag so I could go exploring for the day on checkout.
Staff very friendly, location verry good, good comfy bed
room was a small pod room, with not enough room for anything, i am 6ft 4 tall and the toilet door could not close because my legs stuck out of door, the towels where hung over toilet in which i felt it was un hegienic, no windows and my wife suffers with COPD and the fan air was dry which made my wife cough constant, it was too clostiphobic, too small and could not hang all our clothes, could not place our washing facilities, make up etc as no shelving by the tiny sink my wife did go to reception to explain, staff did say for the £800 just on paid, was for the tiny pod room, this was not explained on the website when booking also breakfast was cold and items uncooked, and only had toast the on the 3 days there, 1st day left the breakfast
There wasn’t much, I think the room we got played a big part in this. room 011 in the basement level, concrete views and we heard almost everything going on above us.
The room we got.
