Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.

Too many dogs almost seemed like a refuge. Obviously a voucher hotel for Juneaus poor or homeless. It didnt really bother us to much, but it was obvious. The Breakfast on the run was a complete joke!

Nothing the website and hotel listings were misleading. My room was incorrect (reservation was made for a king but got a queen). The breakfast was just coffee and tea. The room was clean but it didnt have anything extra like a pillow or spare trash bags.

Its pretty much a homeless shelter!? Cackling and screaming starts at 7pm and goes till 4am. And it sounds like its happening in every hall way and the lobby! As soon as I walked in I just felt like I had meth bugs crawling on me. And the room reeked

The work done on the property. The trees were pruned. New paths made. It felt safer.

Proximity to the airport (within walking distance 2-3 minutes) and staff (helpful and courteous).

I had an early morning (6:00) flight but could not use the breakfast room because it was not open at that time. Also property was being renovated. Not a problem EXCEPT I was placed in a room that had not been redone. As a result I had a bed that squeaked any time I sat on or turned on it. Nonetheless I was charged full price for the room. I have stayed at this property many times before, but the experience this time was not up to par. I frequently have guests in town, and this is my go-to place for them. I'm not sure (based on my experience this time) that I will be doing that in the future.
