The breakfast is ok (except for the coffee!) and its child friendly. They had a play room and a welcome pack for kids.
There was a very loud music festival. No one informed us. The music was that loud that our beds were vibrating. Our children were really scared. At night there was also a fire alarm several times because people kept smoking in their rooms. We ran out twice at night because of the alarms. We didnt sleep all night! The only good thing is that after we complained we didnt have to pay for our stay.
The staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice.
We were there as a family with two young children, it was , for us, too far to travel on the tram to get to the city centre. (About 40euros in a taxi) The room was an executive suite but it was tiny. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and there is no fan or ventilation in there. The room had a musty dusty smell and the decor is brown and just doesn't match the vibrancy of the hotel decor. Selection of bar food wasn't great and extremely overpriced. 14 euros for a tiny club sandwhich and a manikin sized side salad. 5 euro for a small bowl of chips. I live in a very expensive city but 5 euro for a small bowl of chips, which were over cooked was extortion from this hotel. There was one pillow on the bed in the room, the rest were very obviously square cushions passed off as pillows.
The location, the staff was very friendly and professional
Regrettably Glasses and plates at break fast were dirty The sink in the room too
