The dinner in the hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in helping us find an excellent sushi bar

Comfortable

Location was fabulous - this meant easy access to both the monorail and light rail which we used extensively during our time. The room was comfortable, clean and serviced daily.

The only downside was the way tipping was handled in Oliver's. Tipping was automatically added in but when we asked for it to be adjusted she said she couldn't. When we also said we had been overcharged for prawns, she said too late. We had plans to eat in the restaurant at the venue, but because of the experience at Oliver's we decided to eat elsewhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot water in the bathroom. Generous check out time. Spacious room. Coffee maker.

Trading on being old fashioned, which it certainly is in many respects. Rooms, especially bathrooms need updating. The view from our room was, from both aspects, onto all the a/c units. Very unattractive. Lifts (only two) slow. Bar closes at 11pm. Drink selection poor and pricey.
